A thriftier version of our Forage To Kitchen class, students forage with Shaggy Jack until they find enough mushrooms, then Chef Ben fires up the grill for an on the spot cooking demonstration & we all share a wild mushroom picnic feast in the rainforest. Class led by chef Benjamin Berwick of Drift Cafe & Bistro in Gibsons – Ben is a skilled forager who frequently uses foraged mushrooms in the dishes served at Drift.
