FUME-eh Smoked Olive Tapenade

This tapenade is made using smoked pitted Castelvetranos, sundried tomatoes, capers, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic. The smoke flavour is subtle but balances the salty tart flavours of the lemon juice, sundried tomatoes and capers. A versatile condiment that is bursting with flavour! 

Smoked and packed in Port Moody, British Columbia!  

Ingredients: Castelvetrano Olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sundried Tomatoes, Capers, Lemon Juice, Garlic.
