Planet Mushrooms Black Truffle Soup

Hugs are pretty awesome, so is soup, aren't they! This wonderful soup is rich and creamy with a hint of truffle and if you are feeling under the weather, or have had a stressful day what could be better than a big bowl of mushroom and truffle soup. Comfort with a hint of decadence. 

The layers of mushrooms in this soup is sublime. We are using three different mushroom flavours to make a robust mushroom flavour. I find that when you layer the soup with multiple types of mushrooms you get a full flavour that brings out the best flavour of all. We are using baby morel mushrooms and porcini mushrooms for the base of the soup. We are using a touch of truffle to help boost the flavour.
