Smithereens Sweet Chili Mushroom Jerky

Hand picked oyster mushrooms grown from the Smithereens Farm in Smithers, BC to make these delicious "Jerky" bites.  Dried in small batches over several hours and use over 1lb of fresh mushrooms in every bag. These are the perfect foraging snack when you're out on the mountain.

Ingredients: Oyster Mushrooms, Sweet Chili Sauce (Water, Sugar, Red Chilis, Vinegar, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic and Red Peppers)
