Solenzi Porcini Mushroom Sauce Mix & Seasoning "Boscaiola"

Our sauce mixes and seasonings, made from naturally sun-dried vegetables, are delicious & versatile. To make sauce, combine 20 g of mix with 400 ml of tomato sauce or cream (coconut or dairy) and simmer for 15 minutes. To season, add directly to sauces, soups, stews and casseroles or combine with olive oil to coat vegetables or meat before cooking.
