Join Shaggy Jack and chef/forager Benjamin Berwick as they take you on an unforgettable foraging journey that concludes with a special wild mushroom-themed meal prepared by Chef Ben in the Mt. Elphinstone forest with mushrooms you foraged yourself! 

Learn about foraging from Shaggy Jack and how to cook with wild mushrooms from Chef Ben as they share their expertise in this magical journey through the Coastal rainforest.

Enjoy your gourmet wild mushroom meal complemented by locally farmed, foraged or fished foods and locally-produced craft beverages.

$179 / person - Open Booking
Individuals or small groups may book, but a minimum of 4 people is required for the event to happen. If you are an individual or in a group of fewer than 4 people, please let us know when registering which dates you may be available so we may coordinate matching dates for individuals or groups of 2-3. If the minimum threshold of 4 people is not reached 5 days before the event, the event will be cancelled you will be fully refunded.

The entire experience is from 11am to 4pm

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the foraging/dining location near Mt. Elphinstone, close to Gibsons. We'll email you the exact location and directions by 7pm the evening before your excursion.
