Introduction To Medicinal Mushrooms

Learn about the potential medicinal benefits of various functional mushrooms commonly found in health supplements, including information about traditional uses & contemporary scientific studies. The class is followed by a mushroom identification forest walk.  Covering Turkey Tail, Lion's Mane, Reishi, Chaga, Cordyceps & more!

Class + Forest Walk
Class takes place in the Coastal Room at Gibsons Public Market from 2:00 - 3:30. 
Forest walk takes place from 4:00 - 5:30 at a nearby location.

Children - Ages 6-14 are welcome if accompanied by an adult. Ages 15+ are considered adults. Children 5 & under are free.
